A leading investment bank is looking to hire a business manger to join their Equity Finance Delta 1 team. A leading investment bank is looking to hire a business manger to join their Equity Finance Delta 1 team.

They are looking for someone to maintain close relationships with key support functions to ensure control of the Front-to-Back process for the business is maintained to manage Operational risk and improve effectiveness and efficiency within the business. This will also involve identifying key opportunities to reduce costs / generate additional revenues for the business.

Further more it will include involvement in / coordination of New Product Due Diligence process, often liaising with the business managers in the global sites, support functions and global markets management office

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the annual operating plan / budgeting process and have ownership of the Business recovery plan

They are looking for someone with experience in a Business management role and knowledge of Equity Finance and Delta1 products. Furthermore, the standard strong communication and project management will be required. Experience in product control / operations environment and a qualified accountant would be beneficial
