Leading Investment Bank requires Java Developer with strong OO experience.

My Investment Bank client in London is looking for an experienced Java Developer to join their Credit and Interest Rate Derivatives team. It is a permanent role, salary very much dependent on level of experience.

You do NOT have to have a background in Investment Banking (any experience is, of course, advantageous) so is a perfect opportunity if you are looking to get into the sector!

Key skills my client requires:

Java Development (core server-side Java)
Object Oriented (OO) background
SQL / T-SQL/ PL/SQL (basic database experience)

Any experience with Unix/Linux desirable, but not essential.
