Sitting within the Information Systems team, you will be the CRM systems manager responsible for the CRM teams workload and activities. Your responsibilities will range from managing the support of the existing CRM systems and further development and enhancements to these, to gathering requirements from business users and tracking progress of activities undertaken by your team.
There will be a large amount of liaison with internal and external parties to ensure that the systems are constantly scrutinised and adhere to standards imposed both by the company, and external legal policies and standards.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Specific applications that are used by this company within CRM are RightNow, Epiphany, and Salesforce. Therefore knowledge of these systems in your current role would be a massive differentiator from the competition.
- Technical expertise relating to large oracle databases, business intelligence, data warehousing, data management and community web applications.
- Project and Team Management experience.
- Experience in understanding business objectives and requirements and translating these into systems requirements, with a preference towards CRM / Direct Marketing / Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Data Protection Act.
- It is desirable that you have knowledge of handling technical developments in a Sarbanes-Oxley / Sarbox / Sox controlled environment.
- Experience of working in a role supporting a multinational user base.
