Instructional Designer – Central London

My client is a leading global sales organisation based in central London, seeking to recruit a Instructional designer on a permanent basis with the intention of starting as soon as possible.

Strong candidates will have 2 years + experience as an Instructional Designer on a range of projects with strong graphic and design skills. Experience developing content for blended learning programmes and working on projects from need analysis to release is essential

The package includes a Salary of up to £35,000.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are:

- Highly skilled in using Adobe Captivate and Articulate Studio 09
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop Elements
- Process orientated with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good writing, editing and proof-reading skills
- knowledge of SCORM 1.2 or 2004 standards

Candidates will have an advantage if they also have coaching, mentoring or training qualifications, as well as specific experience working with e2train, Kallidus, and LMS. Understanding of a sales environment and the recruitment industry will be a bonus but by no means a requirement."
