My client is looking to recruit a Managing Director to be based in the Midlands.

This is a key role for them where you will be leading the complete organisation, ensuring it meets its present and future customer needs.

You must have experience at reporting at board level along with a track record of driving growth in demanding sectors. Any industries can be considered although those that have worked FMCG/Food & Beverage sectors will be preferred. The ideal candidate will come from a purchasing background originally. What is absolutely essential is to have exceptional communication and proven leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire teams.
