We have been retained by a Global Investment Bank to hire a 2nd line Trade Floor Desktop Support analyst. We are looking for the ‘best’ trade floor support analysts in the market with extensive IT experience in an Investment Bank/trading environment with strong support & installation skills in each of the following areas. MS Win 2000 Pro in an Active Directory environment, Office 2000/03, Excel troubleshooting down to macro level, troubleshooting of operating system & application faults, network troubleshooting, DHCP, connectivity issues, Reuters Kobra 4.5, Dealing 3000, Bloomberg, Datastream, set-up & installation of Blackberry devices, software installation such as SMS, building & installing desktops/laptops/printers & hardware troubleshooting/installation/upgrades.
