Senior HR Advisor with Strong ER and Team Management Skills 45k London

My clients, a FTSE 250 listed consultancy with ambitious growth plans, are seeking a Senior HR Advisor with outstanding Employee Relations skills to join the team at their London office.

You will work in a client-facing role, and also have responsibility for the management and development of a team of HR Advisors to ensure the continuous accuracy and quality of HR services are maintained across the business on all matters relating to HR advice.

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of HR support and guidance to the business and for advising, coaching and mentoring Managers and Team Leaders on all HR best practice.

Solid Employee Relations and team management experience is essential for this role and you should also be a superb communicator with a professional manner who has the ability to communicate at all levels.
