My clients are a mid-size investment bank based in the City. They currently have a requirement for a HR Advisor to join the team.
Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you will have responsibility for providing a pro-active and business focussed service to employees on day to day HR issues to include:
Employee Relations - Absence management, disciplinaries and grievances, supporting the HR Manager with more complex casework
Recruitment Work with business managers to identify recruitment needs and hire top talent. Target, attract and recruit high calibre talent using an effective & efficient process.
Learning & Development work with specialist L & D colleagues to facilitate the development of your client group
Performance Management Process - manage performance issues with line managers as appropriate.
Reward / Management Information Contribute to annual compensation review process; market data surveys, job matching and compensation analysis
You will need to be relatively autonomous in practice, with the ability to make decisions, conduct interviews and deal with demanding clients independently.
This position sits within a very friendly, proactive team who will aid your development and provide support and advice when needed.
