Interim Senior HR Manager, Reading, NHS 9months

My client an NHS Trust based in Reading currently seek an interim Senior HR manager for 9months, daily rate circa £250.

Working within a small team you will have responsibility for a number of HR advisors. It is essential to have had prior NHS experience and you will ideally be MCIPD qualified. Aligned to a specific directorate you will oversee all HR matters for your directorate therefore the successful post holder will need to be a strong generalist. Particular expertise and past experience in ER, TUPE and Workforce Strategy is necessary to support ongoing restructure.
