HR Advisor – Professional Services – Milton Keynes

Amazing opportunity for a HR Advisor to join one of the worlds' most professional services firms.

My client is an organisation who prides itself on its commitment to a culture of rewarding and developing talent in a happy working environment.

With a senior high profile client group, this will be a challenging role where your outstanding influencing skills will be really utilised. You will provide a HR advisory service through consultation, influence and effective HR management.
Key Responsibilities will include:

Employee relations
Headcount and business planning
Recruitment
Employee development
Appraisal and remuneration
Specific project work

You will ideally be CIPD qualified with previous HR experience gained in professional services or other blue-chip organisation. Supervisory experience would be advantageous alongside solid computer literacy including SAP HR systems.
