OD and HR Consultant, Kent, Public Sector, Management Development

My client in Kent are looking for a Management Development Consultant to help with a leadership project for an interim period of 3 Months. The role will involved managing 3 OD consultants, working with the Director and Head of Training on performance management frameworks and also be involved with some retention and recruitment projects.

You MUST have a good experience on Management Development / Corporate Learning and Development within a Local Government setting and available for an immediate start is essential so please send your cv asap.
