Purchasing/Kanban Analyst – Nr Cannock -upto £30k

This multi-million-pound client is currently experiencing phenomenal growth and has increased its turnover more than 300% in the past 5 years and with a huge accolade of awards, is still growing from strength to strength

They have created a brand new role and are seeking a Purchasing/Kanban specialist to work as part of a successful and close knit purchasing team where you will take full ownership of putting in place supplier contracts and kanban agreements

I am looking for someone who already works within a purchasing department but covers the contractual side of purchasing rather than just placing orders, and has solid experience in Kanban techniques. You must be very analytical and computer literate and be excited by working to a high level of detail as a lot of this role will involve analysing spreadsheets. They have over 100 suppliers at the moment and need this Kanban and Purchasing Analyst to go through these and work out agreements – look at the lead times, pricing, kanban systems, material liability, stock levels. Once these contracts and agreements have been finalised they must be kept under constant review
