JUNIOR SUPPORT ANALYST - MEDIA - LONDON - £20k

One of the leading names in the advertising industry are currently looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join their central IT Support Team. Providing support to 400 users, the team are specialised in working with AD and Microsoft Office. This particular role however, is to work with the VIP’s of the firm, so a client facing nature is essential. The role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract, offering £20k pro rata.

The role will involve:

- Working closely with VIP’s in the firm.
- Supporting desktop problems via email and phone
- Helping solve Blackberry issues.
- Installations and Upgrades
- Training

To be considered for this opportunity you must:

- Have very good experience with Active Directory
- Have strong BES Blackberry knowledge
- Have impeccable communication and presentation skills
- Have a client facing nature
- Strong XP and Office knowledge
- Work as part of a team to tight deadlines
