HR Advisor - Professional Services - Guildford – c. £30 - 35k

My client is looking for an outstanding HR Advisor who will be based in and around the Guildford area or within travelling distance, to join their friendly HR team.

The role is a broad HR Generalist advisory service to all colleagues and senior managers, with regards to employment law, disciplinary & grievance matters.

My client is looking for a strong HR Advisor with a particular talent in delivering operation HR results, they are also looking for someone with experience in recruitment of specialist roles within a professional services / financial services environment and someone who is used to handling their own ER caseloads.
You will report in to the HR Manager, with a dotted line to the HRD, who you will work with on ad-hoc projects, previous experience of working with senior management is advantageous.

You must be capable of operating in a fast paced and ever changing environment such as this large organisation and be able to motivate employees and stakeholders and strive for business results.

You will also undertake specific project work, job evaluation and salary benchmarking, previous experience in these areas would be beneficial.

Previous experience in working with SOX compliance standards would be advantageous.

You will ideally be CIPD qualified or currently studying for the qualification with previous HR experience gained in professional services, finance, insurance sectors or other blue-chip organisations as a must for this role.

There may be some travel involved with this role into London and surrounding areas of Guildford, potentially you may need a car.
