HR MANAGER - INSURANCE COMPANY - LONDON - £50-60K - Maternity Cover

My clients, a leading insurance company, are seeking a HR Manager to join the team for a maternity cover.

Managing a team of HR Advisors on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all business objectives and work practices are met and followed.

Managing people activities including the delivery of appraisals, training & development, and building on succession planning.

Launching new and revised policies and procedures via management presentations and effectively project manage an agreed timetable for their implementation.The delivery of advice and consultancy to the business with all HR related matters, including organisational change and employment law.

Supporting the business with performance issues, including attendance at disciplinary and grievance hearings.

You will ideally be CIPD qualified or currently studying for the qualification with previous HR experience gained in professional services, finance, insurance sectors or other blue-chip organisations is preferred.
