Huxley Associates named as one of top 20 'Great Places to Work' (May '09)
This is the sixth consecutive year that Huxley Associates has made the top 50 list, which is compiled by the 'Great Places to Work' institute. This fantastic achievement builds upon Huxley Associates' success in 2008 when it became one of just a few companies to be presented with the prestigious 'Laureate' for making the list for five years running.
The institute defines a ‘Great Place to Work’ as a company in which employees "trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do and enjoy the people they work with." The award was presented at the UK's Best Workplaces 2009 Awards Ceremony, which was held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on 21st May.
Tom O'Byrne, Chief Executive Officer for the Great Place to Work Institute, said: "We at the institute would like to express our sincere congratulations and thank everyone at Huxley Associates for championing excellence in people management and workplace culture."
This year Huxley Associates has also already reached the finals of the European Business Awards and was named as a 'Top Employer' in Germany and The Netherlands.
